"Jayani's Journal" August 4, 2005 Beneficiaries List Finally it’s ready. After going through many harsh visits to the Hikkaduwa pradeshiya sabha, they finally have the list done. But the officials are waiting to get approval from the divisional secretary for them to handover the documents to us.
