I just spoke to Mr. Gunapala (the chief engineer at REDECO).
Here are the latest:
The plots the contractors already have laid
the foundation; they will be putting up the
houses according to the original plan.
(By yesterday Thilakasiri has finished 11
and Dinesh has finished -7)
The UDA has made some alterations with the plan.
