January 2005 We had about 3" of snow. Roads were cleared by the city Tsunami killer waves devastated Sri Lanka killing over 40,000 people and displacing over million people on the 26th of December 2004 My mission was travel the tsunami stricken areas in Sri Lanka and find a place to build a village for tsunami survivors I took this picture before leaving to Minneapolis airport to go to Sri Lanka. admin@mnslff.org |
